This introduces a new eml exporter.
From within a message you could export an eml file for debugging. This is enabled for debug and daily and guarded by a feature flag.
To easily retrieve stored eml files from a connected device the
./scripts/extract-eml.shscript is included to pull eml files into theeml-filesfolder.
